Every machine carries a free 12-month warranty from delivery and commissioning, covering failures caused by manufacturing or material defects. Wear parts (jaw plates, screen meshes, filters, shredder blades) and damage from misuse or overloading are excluded — clearly stated so there are no surprises.
Every support request is answered within 24 hours. Our engineers provide remote video diagnosis and guidance throughout the repair; for major quality issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we send an engineer to site.
Parts under 50 kg ship by express air and typically arrive within one week. Heavy wear items such as jaw plates can be stocked locally with our regional partners, and every machine ships with a full recommended spare-parts list.
English operation and maintenance manuals, wear-part lists, and electrical / hydraulic diagrams on request. Operator and maintenance training is available remotely or at our factory in China.

Take a demo machine at 60% of list price — and if cumulative annual sales of that model exceed 5 units, ownership transfers to you free of charge. Keep a machine locally for the showroom, rental and emergency backup, at very low financial risk. Full terms are set out in the distribution agreement.
We offer DDP door-to-door service with freight quoted together with the machine price. Stock models are produced in about one month from order confirmation; sea freight to the USA runs about 30 days (West Coast) to 45 days (East Coast) — roughly 70 days total to your door, subject to final contract confirmation.
We build regional wear-part inventory together with our local partner. Before the first machines arrive, we agree a recommended first-order consignment list and safety stock levels — so you can support customers from day one, not after month six.
UPSEN machines already sell and operate across Europe and the Americas. Our crushers deliver more power and handle harder rock than comparable European-built units, at a clearly lower price — with fit-and-finish continuously refined to European standards.
